Ingrid’s family hits hard times – her father’s gone, her two brothers have been fostered out and there’s no money. When her mother asks her to do something she knows is wrong – something completely against her principles – Ingrid is desperate for help. But who can she turn to? She finds that she is on her own, trying to protect her mother and fighting for what she believes in.
